Good is oh so good to us!
I was hit, ran over and left for dead by a drunk driver on 12/26/06. I remained in a coma for 6 months and when I awoke I suffered complete memory loss, was bed ridden and in a hospital. I thank God for how far He has brought me. When I was able to get up I had to use a wheel chair because I couldn't remember how to walk, you see I am diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. I had to relearn how to eat, cook, read, write, dress myself, take my own showers/bath and yes walk. God is so good to us. God's process of healing is still going on however today I CAN walk with a cane, use a walker when lifting something heavy. I can read, write, dress myself and take my own showers/I sit on a shower chair. I now have my own assisted living apartment with cable TV, land line, my own cell phone and laptop computer. God is oh so good to us. Even though I have the label disability and am limited look how far God has brought me, it could be oh so much worse!
